This article shows the good effect of focused short-term group analytical psychotherapy for students. The results also show that students who had higher personality function and a psychological language for their difficulties achieved the greatest benefit from the treatment. Overall, this means that one should consider offering this group of severely burdened students short-term group analytical treatment, taking into account the student's resources to understand themselves and others, connect with others and regulate emotions.
